Return & Refund Policy

  1. The customer can return the unopened unused item in its original sealed condition within 30 days from the date of the package delivered, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee to cover the original shipping and handling cost will be applied to all refund requests. The order shipping cost paid by the customer will not be refunded. We do not refund on the opened item.

  2. Customer can return for a replacement if the item is defective, not due to damage from misuse within 30 days from the date of the package delivered, free return shipping will be provided for the customer within the United States.

  3. Any physical or visible damage must be reported to us by email within 2 days of delivery. Otherwise, a request to return for items received as damaged will not be accepted. A replacement will be offered for the damaged item.

  4. If the item is not packaged securely to prevent damage in shipment. We will not refund or offer a replacement on the returned item is damaged.

  5. A replacement will be tested for 100% working and no defects before shipping to the customer. Any opened and used accessories and materials with the returned item will not be replaced and will be shipped back in the replacement packaging which will not be in sealed condition.

  6. For customers outside of the United States, if the item is not successfully delivered due to the importation issue, we will refund upon carrier return item back to us in the original condition. A refund will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee less the shipping cost.

  7. Method of refund - In most cases, we will refund to the same form of payment used, or store credit if we do not have the replacement for the same opened item return.

General return requirements

  • Unaltered, with no damage outside of the product condition or how it was received

  • All parts must be intact

  • Must be returned with original product packaging: boxes, UPCs, bags, or any items used to wrap and protect the item

  • Must include all items that were included in the original package, such as cords, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, free gifts, or bonus items

  • Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included


The customer must contact our RMA dept by email for return and warranty service.  The RMA request may be delayed or no response if you use other methods of contact or to contact other departments.
