Warranty Policy

  1. We provide a one-year warranty on all products based on the date of purchase except a warranty condition is specified in a product listing. We will handle directly for repair or replacement of the unit if it is found to be defective.

  2. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear, and tear, or accident.

  3. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser. All other products are only covered under our return policy.

  4. The customer is responsible to ship the item in secure packaging to our address for all warranty service.

  5. Please allow a reasonable time for the completion of repairs or replacement. If the unit is replaced, the replacement unit is covered only for the remaining warranty of the original purchase.

  6. To request warranty service, please email us with your full name, order number, item name, and date of purchase

The customer must contact our RMA dept by email for return and warranty service.  The RMA request may be delayed or no response if you use other methods of contact or to contact other departments.
